So, “The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker” was in ways a refresher. I knew Baloo & other Jungle Book characters were now anthropomorphic and Baloo was a pilot. Now Id pretty much forgotten the plot of Talespin. While I dont have as many nostalgic memories of the original I loved the new show as it managed to be both solid in storytelling, nostalgia, & loving Disney charm. Last year I watched the new Ducktales show more thoroughly. But Talespin stayed as vague memories of said childhood thag I hadnt thought much about in the following two decades (well going on three with it being 2021 at the time of writing O_o). It and other Disney Afternoon shows (plus other 90s animated shows like Pokemon, animation aired on Fox, Cartoon Network, & Nickelodeon) were staples of my early childhood.
The last time I watched Talespin before today was probably back when it last aired on Toon Disney.
